Scope

The following amendments shall apply to Chapter 1 of IEC 60669-1:
Paragraph 1 is replaced by the following content:
This part specifies the technical requirements for the classification, terminals, structural requirements, mechanical performance, and electrical performance of disconnecting switches for fixed electrical installations for household and similar purposes.
This part of GB 16915 applies to manually operated general-purpose disconnecting switches for fixed electrical installations for household and similar purposes, which are used indoors or outdoors, with a rated voltage not exceeding 440 V and a rated current not exceeding 125 A.
