Scope

This regulation applies to the bursting disc devices used on special equipment as stipulated in the Regulations. This regulation specifies the basic safety requirements for the materials, design, manufacture, inspection, installation, and use of bursting disc devices, as well as the requirements for manufacturing licenses, type testing, and supervision and inspection work. The relevant provisions of corresponding technical standards and management systems shall not be lower than the requirements of this regulation.
