Scope
This standard applies to new or expanded steam turbine and gas turbine power plants with a single-unit capacity of 1000MW or less, hydroelectric power plants with a single-unit capacity of 200kW or more, including pumped storage power plants, the conventional island part of nuclear power stations, transformer (distribution) stations with an AC rated voltage of 10kV or more, including series compensation stations, DC converter stations with a DC rated voltage of -800kV or less, as well as the design of electrical measurement instrumentation for power devices in grid-connected wind power and photovoltaic power stations.
