Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, inspection content and methods, and inspection work procedures for energy conservation supervision of carbon products manufacturers. This document is applicable to the energy conservation supervision of enterprises producing aluminum prebaked anodes, graphite electrodes, carbon electrodes, and carbon blocks, etc. from raw materials such as petroleum coke, asphalt coke, coal tar, and anthracite. For enterprises producing carbon products from other raw materials, the energy conservation supervision can be implemented with reference to this document.
