Scope
This standard specifies the principles, reagents and solutions, instruments and equipment, analytical procedures, result calculation, precision, and test reports for the determination of solvent retention capacity of wheat flour in both routine and micro-scale measurements. The first method of this standard is applicable to the determination of solvent retention capacity of wheat flour; the second method is applicable to the determination of solvent retention capacity of wheat flour from early-generation breeding materials.
