Scope
This standard specifies the process, methods, and requirements for the construction of an electronic records management system (ERMS). This standard is primarily applicable to government agencies, organizations, enterprises, institutions, and other social organizations (hereinafter referred to as "institutions") that implement ERMS, as well as consulting, R&D, and implementation units that provide ERMS services to institutions. It provides methods and specific guidance for the design, implementation, use, and evaluation of ERMS, and can also be used as a reference by relevant competent authorities and scientific research and teaching institutions.
