This standard applies to the design of relay protection for power systems with voltage levels of 220 kV and above, mainly including line protection, transformer protection, high-voltage parallel reactors protection, series capacitor compensation device protection, short-lead and T-zone protection, bus protection, circuit breaker failure protection, remote tripping and overvoltage protection, reclosing, busbar (segmentation) protection and circuit breaker auxiliary protection, fault recorder, fault location, relay protection, and fault information management substations.
