Scope

This document stipulates the institutional management of the operation and maintenance of landscape lighting facilities, the handover of facilities, operational requirements, inspection requirements, maintenance requirements, material management requirements, and evaluation of the quality of operation and maintenance. This document is applicable to operation and maintenance service units conducting operation and maintenance (hereinafter referred to as "operation and maintenance") of landscape lighting facilities carried by buildings and structures in public places such as blocks, squares, bridges (including pedestrian crossings), parks, green spaces, river courses, and scenic areas, and is also applicable to property owners or third-party agencies conducting evaluations of the quality of operation and maintenance services.
