Scope

This document specifies the diameter of the countersunk holes for self-tapping screw connections under different sheet thicknesses and material strengths, and provides calculation instructions for determining and classifying the tightening torque.
This document is applicable to self-tapping screws with thread specifications of ST2.2 to ST9.5 and is suitable for connecting to metal materials of specified strengths in accordance with GB/T 5280.
