GB/T 43657.1-2024 Energy efficiency of industrial trucks—Test methods—Part 1:General

Scope

This document specifies the general test criteria and requirements for measuring the operating energy consumption of self-propelled industrial vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles"). For electric vehicles, it also includes the efficiency of batteries and battery chargers. The specific requirements in ISO 233082 and ISO 233083 take precedence over the corresponding requirements in this document. This document applies to the use phase of the product life cycle. It applies to the following types of vehicles defined in ISO 50531: -- Counterbalanced forklifts; -- Articulated counterbalanced forklifts; -- Front-steering forklifts (with extendable booms or forks); -- Reach forklifts; -- Pallet stackers; -- Pallet transporters; -- Platform transporters; -- End-steered pallet transporters; -- Order pickers; -- Center-steered order pickers; -- Tractors, push-pull vehicles, and haulers; -- Tractors with stackers; -- Side-steered forklifts (single-sided); -- Telescopic container handlers; -- Counterbalanced container stackers; -- Side-steered stackers (double-sided); -- Three-way stackers; -- Multi-directional forklifts.
