This document stipulates the general requirements for safe daily care of children, identifies risk points, and describes corresponding safety measures for preventing burns, heat stroke, choking/asphyxiation, poisoning, diaper rash, pressure sores, falls/sprains, self-harm/mutual harm, hospital-acquired infections, and loss of children.
This document is applicable to the daily safety operations of child care workers in social welfare institutions (hereinafter referred to as "institutions").
