Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions, symbols, abbreviations, main technical indicators, and requirements for the samples to be tested, as well as the methods for preparing and analyzing the sample maps, using gene chip technology to detect Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans (hereinafter referred to as A.f bacteria) and its activity. This standard is applicable to the efficient and rapid identification of A.f bacteria using gene chip technology, and to determining the oxidative activity of A.f strains in the samples to be tested.
