Scope

This part of GB/T 1303 specifies the names, requirements, test methods, and supply requirements for industrial hard laminates based on electrical polyimide resins and various reinforcing materials.
This part applies to polyimide resin hard laminates made by hot pressing with glass cloth as the base material and polyimide resin as the adhesive. Their uses and characteristics are shown in Table 1.
