Scope

GB/T 16895的本部分适用于向用电装置整体或部分供电的PV系统电气装置。
像任何其他设备一样，对于PV装置中的设备，只涉及其在装置中的选择和应用。
PV装置是从制造商提供的单个PV组件或用电缆串联的一组PV组件开始，直至用户装置或市政供电点(公共连接点)的部分。
本部分的要求适用于：
——未与公共配电系统连接的PV装置；
——与公共配电系统并网连接的PV装置；
——作为公共配电系统之外另一种选择的PV装置；
——以上各项的适当组合。
本部分不包括蓄电池组或其他储能式设备的具体安装要求。
注1：对直流侧装有蓄电池储能的PV装置的附加要求在考虑中。
注2：本部分包括因在PV装置中使用蓄电池组而对PV方阵的保护要求。
适用于使用DC-DC转换器系统的相关电压和电流额定值、开关和保护电器的附加要求在考虑中。
除了传统交流电力装置产生的危害之外，直流系统、尤其是PV方阵也会带来一些危害。包括在小于正常工作电流情况下产生并维持电弧的情况。本部分的目的是解决因PV装置特性而提出的设计安全要求。
然而，本部分对于并网PV装置的安全性要求，则主要依靠与PV方阵相关且符合IEC 62109-1和IEC 62109-2要求的电力转换设备(PCE)。
