Scope

This document specifies the system configuration, technical requirements, equipment and component requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for the traction power supply system of medium- and low-speed maglev transportation. This document is applicable to the DC traction power supply system of inter-city maglev transportation driven by short-stator linear motors, with a maximum operating speed of no more than 160 km/h and powered by side-streaming contact rail systems. Other medium- and low-speed maglev DC traction power supply systems using side-streaming contact rail systems may refer to this document for implementation.
