Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of spindle wings for spindle frames used in spinning mills. This standard applies to the spindle wings (hereinafter referred to as "spindle wings") of spindle frames for spinning cotton, wool, ramie, silk, and pure or blended chemical fibers.
