GB/T 39916-2021 Guidelines for the establishment of plant quarantine system in entry and exit container depot

Scope

This document provides guidance and recommendations for establishing a plant quarantine and epidemic prevention system for import and export container terminals (hereinafter referred to as "terminals"), and provides relevant information to be considered in aspects such as operating sites and infrastructure, quarantine treatment facilities and equipment, management systems, and pest monitoring, as well as staffing arrangements. This document is applicable to the establishment of a plant quarantine and epidemic prevention system for import and export container terminals in China, and domestic container terminals used for domestic transportation can also refer to it for use.
