Basic Information
Scope
This document is based on the requirements of GB/T 45001—2020 and describes the methods for small organizations to implement these requirements, with the aim of helping small organizations more effectively implement occupational health and safety management systems.
This document is applicable to all small organizations.
Note 1: Compared with large and medium-sized organizations, small organizations exhibit significant differences in terms of organizational scale, employee numbers, flexibility, the degree of perfection of organizational structures, strength (including technical, financial, and competitive capabilities), management methods and hierarchies, and systems. For the sake of clarity, unless otherwise specified, "small organizations" will be referred to as "organizations" in the following text.
Note 2: Since the concept of "small organizations" is derived from that of micro enterprises, there is no unified definition or classification standard for it. Therefore, when using this document, you can refer to and draw on relevant definitions and classification standards for micro enterprises to understand and identify "small organizations".
