GB/T 5275.1-2024 Gas analysis—Preparation of calibration gas mixtures using dynamic methods—Part 1:General aspects

Scope

This document briefly describes the various dynamic preparation methods detailed in other parts of ISO 6145, provides basic information for the rational selection of one or more preparation methods for calibration gas mixtures, describes the method of establishing a link between dynamic preparation methods and national measurement standards to ensure the metrological traceability of the prepared gas mixture composition, describes the method of analyzing the composition of the prepared gas mixture by comparing it with a validated calibration gas mixture, specifies the general requirements for the preparation of gas mixtures using dynamic methods, and provides the necessary formulas for calculating the composition of calibration gas mixtures and their uncertainties.
This document is applicable to the dynamic preparation of calibration gas mixtures for use in gas analyzers, but is not applicable to the storage of gas mixtures prepared by dynamic methods in gas bags or gas cylinders.
