Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the content of immunoglobulin IgG in feed using high-performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of immunoglobulin IgG in compound feed, concentrated feed, and feed raw materials containing IgG (including plasma protein powder, etc.). The minimum detection limit is 5 μg (with a sample weight of 1 g), and the minimum detection concentration is 5 mg/kg.
