Scope: This standard specifies the requirements for grading, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of Da Ya citrus fruits in Yingshan County. This standard applies to the quality grading of Da Ya citrus fruits produced and sold; Main technical content: 4. Grading requirements 4.1.1 Basic requirements According to the provisions and allowable tolerances for each grade, the following basic conditions must be met: - The fruit must be intact and free from cracked or frost-damaged fruits; - There must be no puncture wounds, impact injuries, scratches, or excessive healed wounds; - There must be no significant wilting or floating skin; - The flavor must be normal, with no abnormal odors or tastes; - The fruit must have a maturity suitable for market or storage and transportation requirements. 4.1.2 Grading based on appearance On the basis of meeting the requirements of 4.1.1, the Da Ya citrus fruits are divided into three grades according to their appearance quality: - Extra grade - First grade - Second grade The appearance quality of each grade meets the requirements of Table 1.
