Scope

This standard applies to Class B and Class III passenger buses of M2 and M3 categories with a length of no less than 7m and no more than 12m, which are used for commercial passenger transportation on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Other high-altitude areas may refer to and use this standard accordingly.
