Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, sample preparation, test procedures, test data processing, precision requirements, and test reports for determining the content of insoluble sugars in forestry biomass raw materials. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of insoluble sugars in forestry biomass raw materials. When the sample injection volume is 20 μL, the detection limits (signal-to-noise ratio S/N≥3) of this method are: glucose 8 mg/L, xylose 14 mg/L, arabinose 28 mg/L, galactose 10 mg/L, and mannose 16 mg/L.
