Scope
Scope: This document specifies the requirements, grading standards, inspection, labeling, packaging, storage and transportation, traceability information collection, and file management for Langshan navel oranges in Ningning County. This document applies to the use and management of fresh Langshan navel oranges produced in Ningning County within the geographical boundaries of 110°18'E to 110°28'E and 26°15'N to 26°50'N. Terms and definitions: The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Langshan navel oranges: Refers to early- and medium-ripe navel oranges grown in Ningning County within the geographical boundaries of 110°18'E to 110°28'E and 26°15'N to 26°50'N. The main varieties include Langfeng navel oranges, Newhall navel oranges, Calacalla red-flesh navel oranges, and Fuben navel oranges. The soluble solids content ≥ 11.5%, and the oranges must possess quality characteristics such as "orange-red, smooth skin, rich flavor, aroma, and good storage". 4. Quality requirements: 4.1 Sensory requirements: Should comply with the requirements specified in Table 1. Table 1: Sensory requirements Parameter Requirements Skin surface Clean and smooth skin, no mechanical damage, cracked fruit, or rot. Color Typical color of ripe fruit of the variety, uniform coloration. Fruit shape Typical fruit shape of the variety, well-formed fruit with intact and flat hilus. 4.2 Physicochemical requirements: The fruit physicochemical indicators shall be measured in accordance with GB/T 2210 and meet the requirements specified in Table 2.
