Scope

This standard specifies the grades, order details, dimensions, shapes, weights, and allowable deviations of high-resistance electric heating alloys, as well as technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates.
This standard applies to high-resistance electric heating alloys in the form of drawn, rolled, and forged wire, plate strips, rods, and coils (hereinafter referred to as alloy materials) used in the manufacture of various electric heating elements and general resistance elements.
