Scope

This standard specifies the scope, terms and definitions, classification and naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of household screw juicers. This standard applies to household juicers with a rated power of not more than 500W and a rotation speed of not more than 100r/min, which are used for extracting juice from fruits and vegetables and automatically separating fruit pulp. It is suitable for general household and similar uses, as well as screw juicers that may also be used in stores, in the light industry, and on farms by non-electrical professionals.
