本文件描述了下列项目的测试方法：
——无色铬酸盐转化膜的存在；
——锌、镉、铝(55% Al，容许范围54%~56%)-锌合金和锌-铝(5%Al)合金的无色和有色铬酸盐转化膜中六价铬存在的定性测量；
——锌和镉上单位面积的总铬含量；
——无色和有色铬酸盐转化膜的单位面积膜质量；
——铬酸盐转化膜的附着力；
——铬酸盐转化膜的耐蚀性。
本文件适用于下列铬酸盐转化膜的测试：
——用化学或电化学方法生成的，含有不同比例的三价铬和六价铬的无色和有色铬酸盐转化膜；
——无任何附加覆盖层(例如：油膜、水基或溶剂型聚合物膜或蜡膜)的铬酸盐转化膜。
