Scope

This document describes the test methods for three test items of the tilt, swing, tilt, and swing comprehensive test, and specifies the terms and definitions of tilt and swing tests, test items, test requirements, severity levels, pretreatment, initial inspection, testing, final inspection, and the information that relevant standards should provide, as well as the information that should be included in the test report.
This document is applicable to the tilt and swing environmental tests of components, equipment, and other products installed on ships, used to determine their operational adaptability and/or structural integrity.
