GB/T 6476-2007 Surface grinding machines with vertical grinding wheel spindle and reciprocating table—Testing of the accuracy

Scope

This standard (based on GB/T 17421.1) specifies the geometric accuracy inspection and working accuracy inspection for vertical axis surface grinders with general-purpose and ordinary precision. This standard stipulates the corresponding allowances for these inspections. This standard does not apply to surface grinders with fixed worktables or circular worktables, nor to surface grinders with vertically moving grinding heads. This standard is only used for the accuracy inspection of machine tools, and is not applicable to the operation inspection of machine tools (such as vibration, abnormal noise, and creep of moving parts), nor to the parameter inspection of machine tools (such as speed, feed rate, etc.). These inspections should generally be carried out before the accuracy inspection.
