Scope

This part specifies the basic requirements for the types and grading materials, design, structure and dimensions, and manufacturing of steel-wooden transport boxes for large carnivorous animals, as well as the testing and inspection methods.
This part applies to the design, manufacture, testing, and inspection of adult transport boxes for animals listed in Appendix A. Transport boxes for juvenile or sub-adult animals listed in Appendix A may be used as a reference for reference.
