Scope
This standard specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments, sampling and storage, copper foil preparation, test procedures, result grading, and test reports for the determination of copper foil corrosion in benzene products. This standard is applicable to the determination of the degree of copper foil corrosion caused by active sulfides or free sulfur in coking toluene and coking xylene.
