Scope

本文件规定了四川省辖区内页岩气开采排污单位水污染物排放控制要求、监测要求、污水排放口规范化要求，以及实施与监督要求等内容。本文件适用于四川省现有的页岩气开采排污单位的水污染物排放管理，以及新建、改建和扩建页岩气开采建设项目的环境影响评价、环境保护设施设计、竣工环境保护设施验收、排污许可证核发及其投产后的水污染物排放管理。页岩气开采污水集中处理设施的水污染物排放管理适用于本文件。本文件不适用于页岩气开采污水回注管理，本文件的水污染物排放限值不适用于页岩气开采污水回用时的水质控制要求。
