GB 51142-2015 Liquefied Petroleum Gas Supply Engineering Design Specification

Scope

This standard applies to the design of new, expanded, and modified liquid petroleum gas pipeline transmission projects and the following urban liquid petroleum gas supply projects with a storage volume of less than or equal to 10,000 m3: 1 liquid petroleum gas storage stations, storage and distribution stations, and filling stations; 2 liquid petroleum gas gasification stations, gas mixing stations, and cylinder gasification stations; 3 liquid petroleum gas bottling supply stations. This standard does not apply to the design of the following liquid petroleum gas projects and devices: 1 Liquid petroleum gas addition, storage, filling, and transportation projects in refineries, petrochemical plants, oil and gas fields, and natural gas processing units; 2 Full-freeze and semi-freeze liquid petroleum gas storage, filling, and transportation projects (except for the fire safety distances between full-freeze and semi-freeze storage tanks and off-site buildings, structures, and storage yards); 3 Liquid petroleum gas transportation facilities for maritime and inland waterway transportation; 4 Liquid petroleum gas devices used on ships, railway vehicles, and automobiles; 5 Liquid petroleum gas vehicle refueling stations.
