本文件规定了两点内径千分尺（包括接杆式内径千分尺及单杆式内径千分尺)的型式与基本参数﹑通则﹑检验条件、检验方法以及标志与包装。本文件适用于分度值为0.01 mm、0.001 mm、0.002 mm、0.005 mm，测微螺杆螺距为0.5 mm或1.0 mm,测量上限不大于6 000 mm的接杆式内径千分尺及单杆式内径千分尺（不包括电子数显内径千分尺)的设计、制造与检验。
