Scope
This standard specifies the types and markings of metric pitch trapezoidal gear synchronous belt pulleys (hereinafter referred to as pulleys), the dimensions of the gear teeth, the dimensions of the pulleys, the geometric tolerances of the pulleys, the material of the pulleys, the surface roughness, and the balance of the pulleys.
This standard applies to general industrial synchronous belt drives.
