Scope

1.0.1 These regulations are formulated to standardize the operation and maintenance of building intelligent systems and improve the operational efficiency and management quality of building intelligent systems. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the operation and maintenance of building intelligent systems that have been officially put into use after the completion of new construction, expansion, and renovation projects. 1.0.3 The operation and maintenance of building intelligent systems should achieve the intended construction goals of the building project and ensure the efficient operation and perfect functionality of the building intelligent system. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with these regulations, the operation and maintenance of building intelligent systems shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
