Scope

Scope: This document specifies the basic requirements, collection methods, collection content, and file management for the traceability information collection of Langshan navel oranges. This document is applicable to the collection of traceability information for Langshan navel oranges; Main technical content: The terms and definitions defined in NY/T 1761 and the following terms and definitions are applicable to this document. 3.1 Langshan Navel Orange Langshan navel oranges refer to early- and medium-ripening navel oranges produced in Ningning County, located between 110°18′E and 110°28′E and 26°15′N and 26°50′N. The main varieties include Langfeng navel oranges, Newhall navel oranges, Calacar Red Flesh Navel Oranges, and Fuben Navel Oranges. The soluble solids content should be ≥11.5%, and the oranges should possess quality characteristics such as "orange-red color, smooth surface, rich flavor, fragrance, and good storageability" that distinguish them from those of other production regions. 4. Basic Requirements 4.1 Legally collected traceability information shall comply with laws, regulations, rules, and relevant provisions. 4.2 Timely collection of traceability information shall emphasize efficiency and be carried out promptly. 4.3 The collection method of accurate traceability information shall be correct, and the collected content shall be true and accurate. 4.4 The collection of complete traceability information shall be comprehensive and complete. 4.5 Professional traceability information collectors shall possess relevant professional knowledge and capabilities, and the management personnel of traceability information collection shall be responsible for reviewing and processing the recorded information. 5.
