Scope

This part specifies the definition, classification, brand name, order content, dimensions, shape, weight, and allowable deviations of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars for reinforced concrete, as well as technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates.
This part is applicable to ordinary hot-rolled ribbed steel bars and fine-grained hot-rolled ribbed steel bars for reinforced concrete.
This part is not applicable to recycled steel bars and post-heat-treatment steel bars that are rolled from finished steel products again.
