Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for the allowable limits of harmful substances to human health and the environment in solvent-based wood coatings and solvent-based putty used for interior decoration, including testing methods, inspection rules, packaging markings, painting safety and protection, etc. This standard applies to solvent-based wood coatings (including primers and topcoats) and solvent-based putty used for interior decoration and factory-based painting. It does not apply to radiation-curing coatings and unsaturated polyester putty.
