Scope

To maintain the current status of non-epidemic areas of Huanglong disease in Hubei Province, quarantine management is implemented in non-epidemic areas, and real-time monitoring of Huanglong disease and citrus psyllids is conducted. For quarantine management in non-epidemic areas, specific measures are formulated for on-site quarantine of citrus nurseries and orchards within non-epidemic areas, and for transport quarantine of citrus seedlings, grafts and fruits outside non-epidemic areas. For monitoring of Huanglong disease and citrus psyllids, the focus is on stipulating the monitoring scope, setting up monitoring points, monitoring time and monitoring methods. At the same time, regulations are made for the removal of Huanglong disease-infected trees and the prevention and control methods of citrus psyllids in Hubei Province when an outbreak occurs. Through the above measures, Huanglong disease will be contained outside non-epidemic areas, thus achieving the effect of maintaining the non-epidemic status of Huanglong disease in Hubei Province.
