1.0.1 In order to standardize the construction of electronic bidding and tendering systems for housing construction and municipal engineering projects, and promote the healthy development of electronic bidding and tendering work for housing construction and municipal engineering projects, this standard is formulated. 1.0.2 This standard applies to the development, application, and maintenance of electronic bidding and tendering transaction service platforms, public service platforms, and administrative supervision platforms for housing construction and municipal engineering projects. 1.0.3 The development, application, and maintenance of electronic bidding and tendering systems for housing construction and municipal engineering projects shall comply with this standard and the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
