It applies to industrial parks established and approved by municipal-level or higher people's governments that involve the production, processing, use, storage, or release of environmentally hazardous substances. This standard does not apply to the risk assessments of nuclear and radiation hazards, biospecies safety, or marine sudden environmental incidents in industrial parks.
