This document applies to Jianwei Jasmine Tea, a geographical indication protection product approved by the former State Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China in Announcement No. 145 [2010], and to the collective trademarks of Jianwei Jasmine Tea and Jianwei Jasmine Tea, which were approved by the Trademark Office of the former State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China.
