1.0.1 为保障钢结构上程质量、安全，落实资源能源节约和合理利用政策，保护生态环境，保证人民群众生命财产安全和人身健康，防止并减少钢结构.工程事故，提高钢结构工程绿色发展水平，制定本规范。1.0.2除下列T程外，钢结构工程必须执行本规范。1公路、铁路桥梁2压力容器、化工容器、燃气管道;3水利、水工、水运和航道工程。1.0.3 钢结构工程建设应遵循下列原则:1满足适用、经济和耐久性要求;2提高工程建设质量和运营维护水平3符合国家节能、环保、防灾减灾和应急管理等政策;4符合建筑技术的发展方向，鼓励新技术应用
