Scope

This part of GBZ/T 201 specifies the radiation shielding requirements for proton accelerator radiation therapy rooms.
This part applies to radiation therapy rooms of proton accelerators with an energy range of 70 MeV to 250 MeV.
This part does not apply to proton accelerator rooms used for scientific research or to proton accelerator rooms used for the production of radioisotopes.
