Scope
Main Technical Content: 4.1 Site Selection The farmland selected for rice cultivation and continuous production of selenium-enriched rice should meet the environmental requirements of NY/T 391. Organic products should comply with the requirements of GB/T 19630. 4.2 Input Materials During the production process, the use of pesticides and fertilizers should comply with the requirements of NY/T 393 and NY/T 394, respectively. Organic products should comply with the requirements of GB/T 19630. 4.3 Raw Materials The raw materials of selenium-enriched rice should meet the requirements of GB 1350 and GB/T 22499. Green food products should comply with the requirements of NY/T 419. 4.4 Production and Processing The production water should comply with the requirements of GB 5749. The production and processing processes should comply with the requirements of GB 13122 and GB 14881. 4.5 Grading Based on the quality indicators of rice, the products are divided into three grades: superior, first-class, and second-class, according to the total amount of broken rice, processing accuracy, the content of imperfect grains, and selenium content. 4.6 Quality Indicators of Selenium-Enriched Rice 4.6.1 Sensory Indicators The sensory indicators of selenium-enriched rice should comply with the requirements of Table 1.
