1.0.1 In order to standardize and unify the design standards of video conferencing systems in power systems and better guide the construction of video conferencing systems in power systems, this standard is formulated based on relevant standards and specifications of video conferencing systems. 1.0.2 This standard applies to new construction, renovation, and expansion projects of video conferencing systems based on the ITU-T H.323 standard and set up in dedicated conference rooms.
