Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the detection method for simultaneously measuring the residues of multiple pesticides, including imidacloprid, dinotefuran, carbendazim, cypermethrin, emamectin, chlorpyrifos, and abamectin, in tea leaves. This standard is applicable to the routine monitoring and risk assessment of pesticide residues in tea leaves from tea production bases conducted by agricultural product quality and safety testing stations at the county level in our province. 2. GB/T 6682 Rules and Test Methods for Water Used in Analytical Laboratories GB/T 8302 Sampling of Tea; Main technical content: After soaking the tea samples in water, they are extracted with acetonitrile using high-speed homogenization, salt-out centrifugation, and purified with an amino-based solid-phase extraction cartridge. The pesticides are eluted with acetonitrile + toluene (3:1), and determined by liquid chromatography. The qualitative identification is based on retention time, and the quantitative determination is performed using the external standard method.
