Scope

This part of GB/T 3452 specifies the judgment criteria for the appearance quality inspection of O-ring rubber seals used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems (hereinafter referred to as O-rings). The standard dimensions of O-rings are specified in GB/T 3452.1; ISO 160311 and ISO 160312. This part of GB/T 3452 defines and classifies the surface defects of O-rings and stipulates the maximum allowable limit values for these defects. This part of GB/T 3452 is also applicable to O-rings used in aerospace engineering.
