Scope

1.0.1 In order to strengthen the quality management of urban wastewater treatment plants, unify the acceptance standards for urban wastewater treatment plant projects, ensure the quality of the projects, and achieve economic rationality and safety and reliability, these regulations are formulated. 1.O.2 These regulations apply to the quality acceptance of newly built, expanded, and renovated urban wastewater treatment plant projects. 1.O.3 In addition to complying with these regulations, the quality acceptance of urban wastewater treatment plant projects shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
